“This course provided a surprising sense of community. I was expecting a pretty solitary, self-paced experience, but the depth of information available not only from the course materials, but also from classmates across the globe, the conference calls, the cross-border partner CRP project, and our coaches have all allowed the blossoming of a community where I least expected it.”
“I would like to leave a note on the quality of the teachers, the approach to the themes and the pedagogy used, which are all fantastic. I have been working in the financial area for about 10 years, but until doing the course I didn’t realise the strong connection between money and trust. I now understand more about the financial ecosystem in general, its characteristics and the associated risks.”
José Garrido dos Santos
“This course been an enlightenment to me. I work for an ICT regulator in Malawi and had a bit of knowledge of mobile financial services but little on the digital ecosystem. This course will assist me as we start on the path of regulation of such services. It gave me a good perspective from all angles: from the regulator’s view, the operator’s side and also the fears and worries of the consumers.”
